I’m doing some quick reading
apparently for IBD patients receiving immunosuppressant medication it’s advised to stop those meds 30 days or more prior to surgery, and to resume more than 30 days afterward
so really it’d make the most sense for me to punt my infusion tomorrow, go to the ER instead, and pull a surgical consult & procedure within the next 48 hours. take a month for recovery and get my next infusion mid-july
this is a lot more extreme than I’d previously spoken about but I am also currently conducting a risks-benefits analysis of ripping into my thoracic cavity with my fingernails so like

a while ago I was hanging out with some people who were talking about how hilarious it was that the freshmen were trying to figure out what being drunk & high at the same time was called. they kept arguing about “stir-fried” versus “drunkbaked” or whatever
an upperclassman was finally like “christ, shut up, we just call it saturday”
emailed my GI like “hey yo all my symptoms everywhere are going splode and july 5th isn’t acceptable, what do you think of doing the ER thing” and fuckin whatever I am so fucking sick and so fucking sick of being sick

Today I inherited a couple midday walks from another employee at Becky’s, and one of the houses is NEWFOUNDLANDS.
